Game Weighting

Game weighting determines how much of your wager on a specific game type counts toward completing your wagering requirement. Slots almost always count 100%. A $1 bet on a slot adds $1 to your wagering progress. Blackjack might count 10%. That same $1 bet only adds $0.10.

Casinos do this because table games have a lower house edge. If they let you play your entire wagering requirement on blackjack at 0.5% house edge, you'd statistically lose far less money than grinding it out on slots at 3-4%. By reducing the weighting on better-odds games, casinos ensure the wagering requirement actually costs you a meaningful chunk of the bonus.

Some games are excluded entirely: live dealer games, jackpot slots, and specific high-RTP titles often contribute 0%. Always check the bonus terms for the weighting table before you start playing. Spending three hours grinding on a game that counts 0% toward your wagering is a mistake you only want to make once.
