Dealer

In online casinos, "dealer" almost always means a live dealer. A real person streamed from a studio, running a real roulette wheel or dealing real cards, while you place bets through a digital overlay on your screen. Evolution runs the biggest studio operation. Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, and Ezugi hold most of the rest. Dealers work in rotations, tables run 24/7, and studios cluster in Latvia, Malta, and Romania where gambling regulation and English fluency both line up. The appeal is friction. Algorithmic RNG feels sterile after a while; a human shuffling cards, reading chat, saying your screen name when you win, closes some of the gap between an app and a real casino floor.
